This is so cool. Just the fact that everyone got together and had a session recording music. This looks like it was a great time and a lot of fun. It also sounds great. This would also be the coziest studio ever to record in haha.
A little loose at the beginning, but it became cohesive quickly. It seems like I'm watching the beginning of something great, something we'll be able to look back on in a few years and say "remember when." The song has that feel as well. A west coast BSS is the closest I can describe the feel, not the music, just a group of really great individuals coming together to be greater than the sum of the parts. Really well done, and again, so personal as a spectator.

I am envious -- all of you together and having a blast. I taken back how perfect the mix is (did you use one mic in the center of the room?. Nice vocal and instrumentation. I love the cajon. I have one, but I have not been able to record it (or play it ) very well. You got a tad excited there at 3:10 since you knew you were on camera! great fun had by all -- and also the listeners.
What a fab song and such a great idea! All of you getting together to write/create. I imagine this was a lot of fun to do. Love the track and that the video just goes around the room as you’re all playing. The best thing I’ve seen.

Firstly, thanks so much for your comments on my stuff and for adding me to the recommended thread! This looks like a lot of fun! I love that you've got so many Fawmers in one room! Nice, catchy tune too.

I'm a little envious about this whole setup. This is the best way to make music, in a room with other people. So cool! I'm mostly alone with my computer. 😀 The groove is deep and the 1 is strong, it swings. I like the melody on the guitar and vocals on that chorus, how they flow together.

Pretty cool to see you all jamming in a big circle, all looking very happy and focused! Looks like heaps of fun! The song itself is has a lovely bouncy feel. Absolutely love the ethereal electric guitar. Congrats guys.

wow! wish I could have been there, I'm over on the other coast (NYC) and I've had some fawm-related gatherings here, but only for an evening, you guys did a full retreat there or something? very very cool- this is a really nice song- its too bad there wasn't a mic for the singer. very evocative chorus too- some great phrases, and the music works so well! great stuff!

How cool is that! A FAWM gathering! Meeting up, writing songs and playing by the fireside ... awesome! You vibe so well together. And that's a catchy tune. I especially like the lead guitar accompanying the vocals.

The parts are great, the sum is even better. I love the way it soars, and the lyrics are a very relatable exploration of the metaphor. Also, its great to watch FAWMers come together and co-create.
