I got together with a few good friends in the South SF Bay, and we spent the day making music together. This is one of them.
Composed by by Haydar Al-Tamimi, Andy Yin, Gabriel Marcondes and Beto Dealmeida.
I’ve always been a traveling man Hopping 'round the world without a plan My bag is light And I don’t care what time is my next flight I met you in the desert night I knew for sure that you are the one that’s right For me Anastasia, anesthesia, you numb my pain I’m addicted to you Anastasia, amnesia Is all I need to forget you, girl I washed your body with my bare hands I watched you leave me in the frost bit sands Why did you leave me? Why? Why? Why did you leave me? Anastasia, anesthesia, you numb my pain I’m addicted to you Anastasia, amnesia Is all I need to forget you, girl Anastasia, anesthesia, you numb my pain I’m addicted to you Anastasia, amnesia Is all I need to forget you, girl

Awesome! Love the lyrical rhythm and the wordplay. So glad you got to jam with your South Bay friends. So many guitars, lol!
Wow. To see the video is so enjoyable. What a cool song. I love that hook: Anastasia, anesthesia, you numb my pain - I’m addicted to you. It's clear to see there's a lot of joy in the room and that you all had a great time. I like the syncopation of the chorus too. Sounds like Burning Man was amazing.
Nice write. The play between her name and the two things which help deal with the pain is really clever. Fun to get to write with a bunch of friends.
